Prime for Adhesion
Cinder block gets RadonSeal penetrating sealer. Drywall gets Zinsser BIN shellac primer. Paneling gets a bonding agent. We match the primer to the material — not to what's on the shelf.
Industrial Coatings
DryLok Extreme for block. Sherwin-Williams Emerald for drywall. Two to four coats, each fully cured before the next. No shortcuts. The vibration from a running dryer won't crack it.
Final Inspection
We walk every inch with a moisture meter. If any reading is off, we coat it again. You don't pay the final invoice until you've stood in the room and felt the difference.
